Comment:

from Locher and labelled Birra da Risclear and bright golden colour with a solid irregular white head made of big bubbles; nice lace; light corny, grainy aroma; slightly sweet, medium-bodied at best; the palate is a bit harsh; it finishes quite dry with more corny notes - poor
11/2006: under the name Birra di Riso Ticinese; brewed using rice from Ticino, brewer unknown - clear and very pale golden-yellow colour; stable white head and a nice lacing; the aroma is grainy with a hint of fat aromatic hoppiness; mild and sweet palate, a light tartness does not avoid this beer to be a little bit heavy; the finish is short and corny - I would also recommend fine food with this beer, so you will be less aware of what is in your glass ...
